Middle School History Instructor

With six years of experience in elementary education, Mrs. Smith has had the honor of guiding young learners during their formative years. This year, she is thrilled to redirect her focus to middle school, where she teaches History, Creative Writing, and assists with Drama Class.

She earned her Master’s in Education, which has equipped her with a diverse array of teaching strategies to support students in their academic achievements and personal growth. She also plans to pursue her National Boards in the future to further her development as an educator. Committed to creating a classroom environment that promotes real-world problem-solving through curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity, she enables students to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Beyond teaching, she enjoys painting, digital design, reading, and traveling. Happily married to her husband for nearly 12 years, they are proud parents to four children aged 9 to 12. She is truly grateful to be a part of the Hope Academy family!​
