Mrs. Hallie Collins is a lifelong resident of Gulfport. She holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree from Ole Miss. With over 15 years of experience teaching kindergarten in both private and public school settings, she ahs developed a deep passion for teaching children to read.

She is married to James Collins, and they have a son named Houston who attends Hope Academy.
